Tailored service plans to meet each customers requirements including MOT’s , brake testing, Scheduled servicing and records and call in reminders if required. Handled by our computer based TRACE System.

Our servicing activities are fully supported by our on site Parts company Merlin Components with a full on the shelf component stock.


With 5 mobile vans to meet the on site requirements including ABS/EBS – our services extend to your operating centre.

Frame changes to length, width and/or height, axle and suspension re-configeration and or bodywork modificarion - all done in our workshop to customer specific requirements.

Service work carried out in our extensive workshop or on site using our well equipped  mobile vans.   MOT testing done at one of our service provider partners - locally.

Application of customer provided artwork and/or decals.    We also provide a livery design and production service to your requirements

and improve your equipments appearance.

For those items which may require some heavy preparation we also provide a shotblasting service to remove bad paintwork and corrosion before our normal preparation is carried out to allow a good paint finish and protection.

Usually carried out with a repaint we also offer a complete refurbishment service, to suit each customers needs and of course budget. Following Shotblasting we would inspect the chassis structure for excessive corrosion and or cracking. We would then offer advice and provide a fully costed solution.

We will also inspect the brake, suspension and lighting systems and again offer advice if there were any concerns regarding these items.
